My mother and I were greeted and then we were on our own to browse around. On one hand, it was nice to not have an overly aggressive sales person following us around. On the other I would have liked to have a salesperson with more product knowledge. I asked for free delivery on the 700 dollar purchase, but was turned down. Fortunately delivery cost was not outrageous. The chair was delivered quickly and efficiently. I am so happy to have found a tall man's chair. It is beyond comfortable. I am a very happy customer. I would go back again. They are a local company. It felt good to support a local business rather than a Kansas City store.
